As the Founder & President of Payables Solutions Partners, LLC, she consults teams across the country creating world class departments, focusing on people and then processes.
In her roles, Nicole concentrates intensively on Organizational Leadership, staff development, training, and using technology to advance the world of operational accounting. During her career, she has developed a strong work ethic coupled with a strong record of success, and she is passionate about serving, motivating, and inspiring people. Nicole’s workshops focus on leadership, emotional intelligence, building and motivating high performing teams, making leadership a habit, and the essential soft skills of leadership.
In addition to the launch of Payables Solutions Partners, LLC, Nicole also founded Living Virtuously, LLC where she is the CEO (Chief Executive Optimist) helping teach the importance of living a life of courage, purpose, and devotion. Nicole was one of fifty women to be published in America’s Leading Ladies – Who Positively Impact our World by Pat Sampson.
Nicole earned her BA in Accounting, followed by her MBA with a concentration in Organization Development, from Benedictine University. She has served for the last 4 years as the President of the Board of the Illinois Chapter of IOFM. In 2016, she was awarded AP Director of the Year for companies over $1 billion by the Institute of Finance & Management. In 2018, Nicole was awarded Top Professional of the Year in Finance & Management by The International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP), and in 2019 was awarded Empowered Woman of the Year by IAOTP where she was featured in Top Industry Professional Magazine. In 2021 Nicole was awarded the Benedictine University Alumni Rising Star award.
